This case study highlights the website relaunch for Midwest Alarm Services Midwest Alarm Services, a leading expert in providing fire protection, life safety, security and sound solutions, contacted Green Closet Creative in early 2024 to help rebuild their website. They wanted a modern and compelling, yet functional site where customers could easily access resources and also access their Fire Safety Inspection Reports online.

Outdated User Interface and Navigation: The former design had a cluttered layout with outdated visuals and unclear navigation. Users often struggled to find essential information quickly, which led to high bounce rates and low engagement.
Limited Mobile Responsiveness: They struggled with optimization for mobile devices, resulting in slow load times and formatting issues on smartphones and tablets. This lack of mobile responsiveness created a poor user experience and hindered SEO and accessibility.

When a Fire Marshall conducted a visit and required up-to-date inspection reports, if the customer did not have the report on-hand, they faced a cumbersome process: calling MWAS customer service, waiting on hold, receiving the report via email, and only then being able to confirm their compliance. With over 5,000 customers enduring this process, it became clear that a streamlined solution was critical.
